The company "Vratové systémy Mareš" installed our garage door years ago. A few weeks ago the door broke down. After reporting the problem, the company sent two of its employees to repair it in a short time. They promptly and correctly fixed the problem.
I contacted Mareš Gate Systems when implementing outdoor shading, the company recommended outdoor roller shutters. After the consultation, the survey followed, the installation itself and everything works as it should, I appreciate both the speed and the precise and clean work done.
We have contacted the company Vratové Systémy Mareš for the second time, this time for a terrace roof and again we are very satisfied. Fast delivery, everything made to measure and professional service, I can only recommend it.
Unfortunately, I have to share a bad experience. We only had the door for a month and a half and it stopped working. Given that I have access to the attic and the barn where the new door is installed, I of course insisted on a repair. After my insistence, they sent a technician, but he gave the reason as dust. Really dust! I had no idea that the door had to be in a sterile environment to work. Of course, the warranty does not cover dust and therefore I have to pay for the repair plus the shipping costs. I had a 20-minute conversation with one of the employees and I was shocked. Unprofessional approach, ridiculous arguments. We could not do anything and we have to pay. I do not recommend this company.
After installation, we only had them functional for a month and a half, the complaint was not accepted due to dust. Yes, I repeat, due to dust! Which logically the complaint does not apply to. Very unprofessional telephone negotiations. I do not recommend this company.
