ABOSTAV stavební pro nás prováděl rekonstrukci koupelny bytu v panelovém domě. Oceňuji zejména příjemné a profesionální jednání. Od předjednání přes grafický návrh a rozpočet po finální úklid a předávací protokol. Blesková komunikace. Kvalitní rozpočet. Při návrhu i realizaci je znát dlouholetá zkušenost s praktickou realizací koupelen. Hodily se nám dobré nápady a vychytávky. Přehled o kvalitních zařizovacích předmětech, dobrá doporučení. Realizace proběhla významně dříve než ve smluvním termínu. Čistá precizní práce. V den předání perfektně uklizeno i když zejména bourání betonového jádra musel být masakr. Dodržení rozpočtu. V průběhu realizace nebylo potřeba již prakticky nic dále ladit. Při předíání předání cenných postřehů k obsluze a údržbě. Cena odpovídá službě. Jednoznačně doporučuji.

From the beginning of the project to its implementation and handover, there were absolutely no problems. Great communication, they can help with everything and in everything, they know what they are doing. We saw the bathroom renovation project on the visualization and so it was possible to fine-tune it down to the last detail, even before the actual implementation. After approval, we didn't have to worry about anything - they ordered and arranged everything ourselves. During the renovation itself, only small details were dealt with promptly, depending on previously unknown, hidden issues of the old core, all without a problem, because you are always offered several alternatives and professional advice. The apartment was tidy upon handover and there was no problem with finishing the last details. The price was absolutely adequate to the current market conditions for the quality and professional work done. My wife and I can only recommend them and if we were to renovate again in the future, we know where to turn.
