EasyHomes - Turnkey Family Houses

I would like to thank EasyHomes for building me a house according to my ideas. From the development of the project to the handover of the keys, everything went smoothly. And when there was a hitch, the company responded quickly and very helpfully. Many thanks to Mr. Pondělík and Mr. Končal for their approach and professionalism. I can only recommend the company. 🙂

We built a family house from easyhomes. With a slight delay, everything went perfectly. We were informed about everything and warned in advance. Mr. Končal, Mr. Ponělík and all the construction managers are the right people. Great communication, all problems and questions were answered and resolved immediately. We have a small wooden building built by EasyHomes, we thank the company very much and we can definitely recommend it. Despite the initial difficulties with the building permit, everything was successful in the end. Thank you to everyone, we are very satisfied.

An honest company that built us a small family house. Overall, I rate it 4.5 stars. It was just a little short of perfection. The sales department is top-notch, but sometimes there were some hiccups during the preparation of the project and then during the implementation - especially the agreement between the individual teams and the transfer of information. As for the quality of the execution, I think it is above standard - especially the rough construction and SDK. But because I am a big detailer, I "complained" about a few things during the construction and it was usually resolved immediately. It is definitely necessary to continuously check the construction or hire a supervisor. The handover date was missed by about a month, but I think that in terms of what I have heard about other companies, it is a relatively decent result. I would therefore sincerely recommend Easy Homes.

We are already enjoying the new house that EASY HOMES built for us on a turnkey basis (permits, project and implementation)! At the beginning, we didn't know much about wooden construction, but we got help and basic advice and we started everything together. All the permits and stamps are probably a pain for everyone and it takes a lot of time to get them, even for professionals. The project is certainly important and on paper you can't really imagine what it will look like in the end. Here I would appreciate some extra advice for "beginners". The budget we agreed on at the beginning was kept. Although communication and deadlines were not always as fast as we would have imagined, we appreciated the professional performance of everyone around the construction. Several changes during the construction were not difficult to agree on and resolve. For example, even a new fence that another company only promised us was not a problem from EASY HOMES almost at the end of the construction. The final result is great. The house is our pride and EASY HOEMS deserves the best rating. Thanks
