She patiently consulted with me at every step and had firm and calm control over the entire process. When we entered the sales phase itself in the summer of 2025, she prepared a presentation that was able to accurately capture the uniqueness and attractiveness of the land, and she managed even the demanding negotiations with interested parties with a calm and human approach. In the fall, we managed to successfully complete the sale, with Ms. Adášková also providing complete legal services, including cooperation with a lawyer and preparation of purchase contracts.
