The couch cleaning was top notch. Meticulous work, pleasant smell and everything was fine within 2 days. I appreciate that the lady was able to deal with dirt from the dog and the child. Communication was excellent from the start and I really appreciate the introduction of the reservation system – it's a great step forward and ordering is now a breeze. I definitely recommend it.

I asked Lucka for help with cleaning because I wanted to take care of myself, I didn't want the household cleaning to be my responsibility for the long term. It was a great decision, if you're considering it, I definitely recommend it, go for it, it's worth it. Lucka entered our lives like an angel. It's an amazing feeling to come to a carefully cleaned apartment, I feel like I'm treating myself to a wellness retreat or a walk in the woods. It's also great for me to know that I'm not alone in this - that makes me happy all the time, even when the cleaning is currently taking place. I feel calmer, happier and I feel like I have more capacity to take on something new at work. At the same time, it freed my hands emotionally to take on deeper cleaning tasks like sorting, etc., which I otherwise had a hard time getting into. I recommend her to everyone! Three times to families!

We were very satisfied with Lucka's sofa cleaning. The main reason why we decided to have it professionally cleaned was that the sofa was really busy with a small child at home and we couldn't manage the cleaning ourselves in terms of organization or time. We were especially impressed by the fact that Lucka uses non-toxic and gentle cleaning products, because we really care about a non-toxic household. I expected a cleaner sofa and fair dealing — and both were met with flying colors 🙂 I also had experience with Lucka from previous household cleaning. A big advantage for me was that I could leave the house with a clear conscience and let Lucka work independently. She let me know when it was finished and we were pleasantly surprised by the result. Given the age of our sofa and everything it has already been through, I didn't expect it to be so clean. The result exceeded our expectations! 🙂 Communication was great from the start — clear, pleasant and honest. The whole process seemed very professional and human at the same time. For me, the non-toxic version of the beating is a huge plus. The result is visually comparable to regular conventional cleaning, but without the unnecessary chemicals. Plus, you get a good feeling that ecological products were used. I highly recommend Lucka and her work. She is a person that every family will really appreciate at home, whether for cleaning or beating the couch.

When I saw the cleaning offer in the regional FB group, I knew right away that I needed it. I knew that I wanted someone to clean, that it was something that would help me a lot and save me time. And I also really appreciate the fact that you use nontoxic. Every time I come home after cleaning, it's a balm for the soul, it's a really pleasant feeling and at the same time a great relief that I'm not alone in it. I also absolutely appreciate and welcome the agreement on quick cleanings - for example, the refrigerator or the children's chaos in the Kalax cabinets. The communication is great, I have nothing there. I recommend cleaning help to anyone who doesn't have any passion for cleaning. Non-toxic products are a huge bonus for me.

I was very hesitant about going to the cleaners, it was quite an unpleasant feeling for me, I have to clean up my mess myself. It seemed very strange to me that someone else would clean up for us, but cleaning with small children is simply very difficult. In the end, we went for it and I am very happy. I feel a huge relief and joy from the cleaned apartment, that I can finally feel good in that clean space again for a while. And I realized that it is okay to ask for help. The communication is great, nothing is a problem, everything can be easily agreed upon. If you are hesitant, from my experience I can only recommend, go for it, because you really won't regret it. And it really isn't stupid. (That was exactly me, I thought it was stupid for someone to clean up for us). The cleaning is really precise and a big bonus is that it is non-toxic. The communication is without any problems and we always have it at home like out of a box, so I highly recommend it to everyone!
