The company communicated well with me from the first proposal of the solution and then implemented it in a high quality manner within the agreed deadlines. This applied to the entire process from the preparatory work (installation of the line from the outdoor unit to the boiler room) through the equipment of the boiler room to the installation of the main parts of the technology. They then explained to me clearly how to operate the device when it was handed over on site. In my experience, the technical support staff are really knowledgeable and were always able to advise me. I would only like them to be available during the entire time specified for providing technical support, especially in the morning hours.
Great company. We had a turnkey installation including plumbing and electrical work. We have had an AC Heating heat pump for 3 years and everything works to our satisfaction (heating, hot water production, regulation and control). There was already a service intervention once due to the circulation pump, but at least it showed how the AC Heating warranty and service work. Top notch! 🙂
