I would like to share my positive experience with CTC Plzeň, because nowadays it is not a given to come across a company that really delivers on what it promises. We were dealing with the heating of a house with Mrs. Huclová, and from the beginning it was important to me that the proposal made sense not only technically, but also economically. Mrs. Huclová went through the whole house with us, offered various options and recommended a solution that we really liked in the end. She also patiently answered all our questions later. A big plus was the processing of the subsidy - they also helped us significantly with that and saved us a lot of worries. The installation itself was carried out professionally, the installers were polite, cleaned up after themselves and explained the controls. After several months of operation, I can say that the system works reliably, the house is heated evenly and the comfort is incomparable to what we had before. I was also pleasantly surprised by the consumption. Overall, I appreciate the company's approach - no pressure, no haggling over the price, just solid work. If anyone is hesitating, CTC Plzeň is a good choice for me.

I would like to share with you my many years of experience with this company. About 16 years ago, they installed a heat pump for us – we may even have been one of their first customers. Today, I appreciate even more the quality of work they did. It runs practically all the time, with no “savings” or minimal operation. During all that time, we have not had to deal with any major malfunctions or complications. It was thanks to this experience that we decided 6 years ago to turn to them again, this time for the installation of air conditioning. The entire process, from the first communication to the final implementation, went absolutely smoothly. The agreement was always fast, clear and fair, without unnecessary delays or ambiguities. The air conditioning installation itself was very professional. I especially appreciate the care and cleanliness of the work – everything was done as it should be. It is clear that the company has experience and cares about the result being not only functional, but also aesthetically well-executed. A big thank you goes to Mr. Petrmichl, with whom we have always had an excellent agreement. What I appreciate most about the whole cooperation is, above all, the long-term reliability. In our case, the quality of their work has been confirmed even after many years of daily use, which in my opinion is the best calling card. I can recommend the company with a clear conscience.

Dear, I would like to share with you my very unpleasant experience with the company CTC Energy, which installs heat pumps. I decided to take advantage of a state subsidy and make heating easier in my retirement years. During the first visit, I explicitly warned the technician that we did not want to interfere with our existing heating system - we have cast iron radiators (heaters). I was assured that their heat pump was able to heat our house without any problems even with this system. The subsidy application and the installation itself went without any problems. The problem occurred when we started the pump - the device was not able to heat the house. We started to resolve the situation with the company. CTC Energy representatives arrived and suggested that we have them replace all the radiators in the house for about CZK 80,000. We refused because the company knew about our system in advance and it was clearly stated that we did not want to interfere with it. They then came up with another “suggestion” – to add radiator sections, saying that either it will work and we will pay CZK 40,000, or it will not work and we will pay nothing. I consider this approach to be completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Therefore, I sent the company a letter of withdrawal from the contract and a request for a refund. CTC Energy replied that they would reduce the amount by CZK 70,000 for the alleged work, which I fundamentally disagree with. So I sent a pre-litigation summons, to which the company has not responded at all. To be objective, I invited an independent heat pump expert. He stated that we have a low-temperature pump, while only a high-temperature pump is suitable for our house due to cast iron radiators. Another fundamental mistake is that CTC Energy did not install an accumulation tank at all, which is essential for the proper operation and protection of the system. This puts us at risk of losing our warranty in the event of a malfunction. I am disappointed and annoyed with everything. The whole situation is very frustrating for me and I am disappointed with both the technical and human aspects of CTC Energy's approach. We were very satisfied with the company CTC Plzeň. The company representative, Mr. Kubinčan, willingly explained everything to us and suggested the optimal solution. The heat pump was designed based on an inspection of the installation site and a calculation based on the size of the radiators and the layout of the house. The team carrying out the implementation was composed of experts in the given profession (plumber and electrician), and thus the installation was carried out at a high professional level. Simply summarized: from the offer to the actual implementation, only a professional approach, which is definitely not a given with other companies. The date and time of the installation were 100% adhered to to our full satisfaction. We can only recommend the company.

I am very satisfied with the company CTC Plzeň. Nowadays, there are many companies that install heat pumps due to subsidies for heat pumps. Personally, I did not choose only the brand of the heat pump, but also a proven company that will install the pump. After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to contact 4 companies that, after agreement with them, sent their sales representatives. And I can tell you that I could not help but wonder what they would be able to install for me without checking the heating system and determining heat losses. The only one who was interested in all the details was CTC Plzeň and it was decided. I must mention the meeting of Mr. Jiří Šuster ... it was clear that he really understands this issue and there was no question that he could not answer in almost three hours. The deadline and time of installation were met and the installers who installed the pump really knew what they were doing. Personally, I think that there are not many such companies today and I can only recommend them with a clear conscience.
