During the installation itself, the gentlemen worked together like a well-oiled machine and what made me incredibly happy was that after they left, I didn't have to clean anything, everything was beautifully clean and we could just enjoy the "Klimoška".

The overall communication from the initial offer, including a visit by a specialist (Mr. Rejšil) to focus on the technical solution, to the perfect work of the installation team and the finishing work of Mr. Bílek and his colleague, is rated at a high level by us. The installation itself was very professional, minimal dirt, immediate cleaning when needed and the installers, who take care of the interior and its possible unnecessary pollution, were a very nice surprise. Finally, the necessary instruction on how to operate it, including the application, and an integral part of getting to know the service needs of the device, was a matter of course. I had 2 Haier Pearl Premium indoor units and one outdoor inverter unit installed. The system is already in operation and I can give a positive review of the entire event. What I noticed: * Willingness of the owner and specialists * Skill without the need to repair my own work * Consideration - minimal mess - when covering delicate equipment, everything was cleaned up in 1.5 hours after punching holes through 3 walls * Arrivals as agreed, first day of main work, second day of completion * After installation, several valuable recommendations for using the system Edit after a month: do not have the air conditioner placed on the floor of the loggia as was initially the case with me - on the recommendation of the chief installer. Hot air from the fan is trapped between the railing and the loggia wall and cannot escape = it massively overheats the entire loggia. After consulting with the contractor, we hung the air conditioner on the wall according to my design, where it now partially blocks the small side window, but that doesn't matter. I'm a little disappointed that the professionals didn't discover this during the first design and measurement, because I was charged in full for moving the unit to the wall. This somewhat cast a shadow on the otherwise perfect job. I would have given half a star down if I could.
