Very unprofessional communication skills with clients. From the beginning they seem nice, but right after you gointo thing you feel the arrogant attitude from the main manager. Very soon he pointed out - why do you call me on 8.15 in the morning, since he has important meetings.They have problems with calling back, respond to e-mails - not picking the phone and ignoring e-mails. It's a pity for the brand Dankuchen such people carrying their name. Totally lack of basic communication skills, rude. Time to time I pass this area and the showroom is always empty, I guess lot of people got the message. With this attitude,which we,potential clients share with other people, the business would most probably loose a good range of potential clients.
