Situation - Christmas Eve (afternoon) & slammed apartment door with key in lock Solution - 15 minutes after the phone call, the locksmith angel arrived and before I could say "I'm an ox", the gate was wide open :) In short, Mr. Šteiner was handy, fast, smiling... excellent experience and therefore a definite recommendation
