It was a few years ago... We flew with Fly Dubai and we brought bedbugs home in our suitcase or they were from our Romanian neighbors at the time (I never even knew what bedbugs were before)... The worst thing in the world... Mr. Filip Landovský was with us and I have to say that both the agreement, the execution and the price were better than at the pest control company (the price that the pest control company told me and without steam treatment)... Even when I told them in Dezinske what it was about, the lady started looking at me like I was the biggest idiot... But not here! They understood that a person can fall into this at any time and in any way and they also intervened in a helpful and sensitive manner, so 5 stars for me and better prices than at the competition... The problem is solved and that's the main thing!
