Completely unprofessional approach. We agreed on the order by phone, then I confirmed everything by SMS and waited almost 2 weeks for the deadline. On the day of the implementation, no one answered the phone from the morning, no response, no apology, no explanation. Just wasted time and an unresolved defect. Tragic communication and absolute unreliability. If the craftsman is not even able to let you know that he will not come, I consider it an absolute basis for failure. I really do not recommend supporting such an approach to customers.
