Jan Frýdl, majetkové poradenství

Finance jsem dříve moc neřešil, hlavně protože jsem žádné moc neměl. Nicméně jsem určitě neměl (zatím nemám) dobré návyky. Díky schůzkám s panem Frýdlem jsem však zcela přesvědčený, že pochopil, jaké jsou mé cíle, a vytvořili jsme spolu funkční finanční plán. Určitě mě uklidňuje, že nyní vím, jak mé finance pracují a co se s nimi děje. Zároveň se určitě zvedá moje celková finanční gramotnost, a jelikož rád věcem rozumím, tento přesah velmi oceňuji. Jako ve všem ostatním, tak i ve financích je kontext velice důležitý faktor. Dnes se tak mohu více soustředit na své cíle, ale zároveň vím, že mi omylem nezmizí víc peněz, než chci. Určitě bych znovu neváhal a finanční poradenství s tímto poradcem zkusil. Bohužel je kolem nás mnoho lidí se špatnými zkušenostmi, nicméně pokud to člověka nic nestojí (pouze trocha času), tak zde není co ztratit :)

Before we met with Mr Frydl, I felt quite uncertain and confused about my finances and overall wealth management. However, our meetings have been a highly worthwhile investment of my time. I feel that I finally have a clearer direction where I can focus my financial goals. The biggest shift for me is that I understand my money better now. I wouldn't say I have everything under absolute control just yet, as it still requires me to gain a deeper understanding, particularly when it comes to investments, but it is a steady progress. I strongly believe in the value of having a long-term partner in financial management. It is a relationship where both sides can truly benefit, provided that certain external factors align well. If someone is currently hesitating whether to reach out to Mr Frydl, I would definitely tell them about my experience with him. I would share the pros and cons compared to other options, and ultimately, it would be up to them to choose what fits their situation best. Overall, it has been a very positive step for me.

My situation regarding the repayment of previous obligations was not at all friendly. I appreciate it all the more that I always feel comfortable and relaxed during the meetings. Mr. Frýdl is very empathetic and at the same time he really thinks about everything we talk about, which I definitely appreciate. Thanks to this, I definitely feel calmer, maybe even safer. I have absolute trust in Mr. Frýdl, so with that comes inner peace regarding the financial side of our family. Mr. Frýdl shows me how to look at money from multiple angles, not just from one, like most people. He will show and explain to you why it is important to think longer ahead, not just a week or a month. Definitely go for it if you want to change your situation and simply don't know which end to take. I think that Mr. Frýdl can explain everything nicely, clearly and gently and at the same time show a completely new perspective on how to look at finances. For me, this obviously means not delaying anything unnecessarily and trying to change the situation now, not in a year or two... :D

My finances were unresolved and I was in a mess. Insurance, mortgages, etc. were too expensive, I was unsure where and how to invest. I had a very negative approach to finances and I didn't trust financial advisors or institutions. Thanks to working with Mr. Frydl, I now feel very good, I feel like I can ask any questions and suggestions I want and I never feel like I'm not being listened to. Mr. Frydl will first listen to you at the first meeting and, based on this interview, will work out several options for how he could help you. He is open to any suggestions, questions and will never force you into anything or tell you that you are missing out on something, because the final decision will be up to you and he always gives you enough time to think about it. Even if you change your mind later, he will accept it without any problem and you will not feel pressured. For me, for example, his great approach was demonstrated when I wanted to invest in ecological projects, and even though it was less financially beneficial for me, Mr. Frydl pointed this out to me, he didn't talk me down or force me, and he accommodated my wishes. Overall, I feel much better today, especially in terms of cash flow and savings. I know that I will now save much more than before, which has not only given me a completely different relationship with financial advisors and tools, but also inner peace that everything is secured even if, for example, I lose my job or am injured. I know what I am paying for and I understand why I am paying it and to whom I am paying it, which means much more peace of mind for me in my everyday life. I now feel good about having someone else helping me with my finances, someone who understands them much better than I do and whom I trust completely, which gives me security. Looking at property comprehensively makes sense because then you can combine different aspects together, which will save you a lot of money. Mr. Frydl will give you tips and tricks that a normal person has no idea about, so I definitely recommend listening. He has saved me personally hundreds of thousands of crowns without exaggeration. I definitely recommend at least trying it and going to at least an initial meeting. I was also not sure at the beginning and had very bad experiences with financial advisors, but I still said to myself that I would at least go to the first meeting and see how I feel. Today I am extremely satisfied with the approach of Mr. Frydl, who is always available, willing and kind and is genuinely interested in helping with finances. He does not just follow what made the most money for me or him, he really follows your needs and takes into account your feelings and intuition. His approach is perfect even for very chaotic people like me, he really understands things and will take your finances to the next level.

Before working with Jan my finances were okay in relation to my income because I am good at saving, but I did not know how to make that money work for me in terms of investing it further. Jan highlighted a number of areas to consider where wealth could be increased without risk. My needs are well understood, it's clear that Jan has the experience to tailor his information to a variety of clients, their needs and cashflow. For me there has been a great amount of ideas and explaining their pros and cons to reach my goals. It's especially invaluable to me as a non-native because I don't know the laws and rules in Czech Republic. I would have struggled to find the best deal for my mortgage but Jan knew the options and could even find additional insurance options that would not have been available to me. I think the biggest shift is that I don't just hold on to the money in a bank of invest in shares without advise. My previous investments had satisfactory results, but I was never sure I was doing the right thing, but with someone in support who is knows the different investment options and latest news and laws it gave me confidence to make my money work for me. If I'd met Jan before I believe my finances would be even better than now. Working with Jan allows me to make long terms plans, but also have an adviser on hand for short term options and decisions. I can't see any reason why anyone would not want to connect with Jan for advice. From our first meeting I knew he was hard working and tenacious which are key factors in good results.
