Idea Reality

I recently used the services of a real estate agency and was completely satisfied with them. Everything was arranged for us by Mrs. Hoblíková, who was very pleasant and helpful. She advised us on everything, was available to us at any time for various questions and perfectly prepared the handover of the apartment, including all the necessary contracts. She always wrote everything down clearly, explained it, prepared it... we didn't have to worry about anything, which I really appreciated, because it was our first time arranging something like this. We just arrived for the viewing, where she showed us the apartment, and within a few days, after agreeing with the owners, she was already preparing a contract for us to take over the apartment and the apartment was ours very quickly. Mrs. Hoblíková was very professional and I rate the services of this real estate agency very positively.

Thank you very much for the great services of Idea Reality, specifically Ms. Hoblíková. The approach and solution to all our requirements and individual steps was absolutely perfect and professional. From preparing the advertisement, taking photos, correctly valuing the property, to preparing all documents and completing the process of selling the apartment. Everything went to our complete satisfaction, I can only recommend the real estate agency. Thank you very much and good luck! Miloš Kotek

We would like to thank Idea Reality, the broker Ms. Adéla Hoblíková and Mr. Mgr. Polišenský for guiding us through the process of purchasing our property with the highest level of professionalism, communication and helpfulness. We were very satisfied and can highly recommend Idea Reality. Thank you

We were very satisfied with the real estate agency😊. The broker was very nice, helpful and patiently explained and showed us everything. The transaction was fast, professional and human. We felt in good hands and would definitely recommend the services to others❤️.

I dealt with this real estate agency to rent an apartment, specifically I communicated with Ms. Adéla Hoblíková and I would like to express my great satisfaction. Nice behavior, I was provided with the necessary information (whether about the apartment or, for example, how the electricity bill works) and the lady answered my questions even over the phone. I definitely recommend it :)
