I am very satisfied with the services of this real estate agency. Professional approach, everything went perfectly. I recommend.
I sold a house through Kopta Reality Chata, everything went smoothly and everyone - me, the seller and the buyer - were extremely satisfied. I recommend it.
The cooperation with Mr. Kopta was absolutely perfect. He helped us with all possible complexities. You don't sell a property every day... Mr. Kopta explained everything to me with patience and I felt that I had someone to "lean on" during the sale. His work as a broker extends even to areas that are seemingly unrelated to the sale and I think that is precisely why our dream of living in a house came true. Thank you 🙂
I was impressed by Mr. Kopt's high level of expertise, sound knowledge and the recommendations that came with it. Hand in hand with his sensitivity and professional processing of the ad. First, I asserted my position and we sold the apartment for a high price. Then I gave him a recommendation, they adjusted the price and sold the apartment after the first inspection. So I can highly recommend him.
Unfortunately, I cannot say that my first positive experience with Kopta reality would be repeated in the context of renting an apartment. When I refused to use the offered "Good Tenant" service, Mr. Kopta wanted to reduce the rent amount for which the apartment was to be advertised for reasons that I could not understand. When I asked why, I was told that "the market situation had changed", which I cannot imagine within 2 days, or that "if the real estate agency had a profit from the Good Tenant service, of course it would try to get the highest rent". I understand this explanation better now, but I am not willing to accept it. Subsequently, Mr. Kopta tried to convince me to rent the apartment without a deposit, which he was again unable to explain. As for the draft contract, it was delivered with a significant delay and I had to edit it myself. The entire negotiation seemed unprofessional and manipulative to me. I am sorry, but in this case I cannot recommend Kopta reality.
