I can warmly recommend RK PARVA. I sold a cottage with this real estate agency. Mr. Šmíd's professionalism is at a very high level. From the first contact, through the excellently prepared advertisement to the sale of the property itself. Everything went as agreed. Mr. Šmíd was always willing to explain everything, communication was never a problem, even after working hours, during his personal time off, and even on weekends. However, I appreciate him most for his helpfulness and humanity. He was happy to help me with things that he didn't need to help with at all. My rating is 10/10. Thank you once again for everything.

Ms. Kolářová's approach was completely unprofessional. She communicated with us in an inappropriately informal manner, as if we were in a pub, not on a property tour. She was unable to tell us almost any relevant information about the house and gave the impression that she herself did not know the basic facts. Moreover, during the tour she constantly complained about her work and repeatedly emphasized how tired she was, which seemed very inappropriate. I definitely cannot recommend this real estate agent.

I would like to share me positive experience i had with Mr.Jiří Voříšek.So i was interested to rent a flat so i found one through Parva sro but at first i was worried that i wouldn't be able to communicate because i don't speak Czech. With out any further hesitation i called Mr, Jiri and we set a date for me seeing his flat. From now on everything was perfect:he showed me everything, he answered all my questions and trust me they were a lot,i also asked him for the ground plan of the and despite the fact that the house was recently renovated and he didn't have it, he went net morning and measured all the possible dimensions of the house and he made me his own and pretty accurate ground plan. For conclusion Mr Jiri was really helpful, with quick replays, great attitude, he show me respect despite my young age and if i have to name something negative at this point i really cant.I really recommend him

I used Parva, sro for the sale of my house in the Czech Republic. As an Australian not living there I was very concerned about the Czech legal and government systems in sorting out the sale from a distance. Pavel Smid from Parva, sro was amazing. There were quite a few issues with the land registry office and Pavel calmly and professionally addressed each issue and always kept me always informed. I cannot express how much assistance and service was provided throughout the whole sale process. I would highly recommend them at any time. C Mracek
