We recently bought an apartment in Pilsen on Anglické nábřeží, which was brokered by RK Pubec. I can only recommend working with this RK and with the broker Veronika Brotanová. From the first inspection, she had the documents for the property together, communicated quickly and accurately, and conducted the entire transaction professionally and pleasantly. At the same time, I appreciate that our cooperation did not end with the signing of the purchase contract; RK Pubec also helped us with energy transfers, communication with the building manager and the SVJ. I highly recommend working with RK Pubec and Ms. Brotanová and I look forward to further possible cooperation in the future.

I appreciate his approach, where he tries to accommodate the customer as much as possible, but at the same time does not impose anything or push anything. He can answer all questions and explain everything in the context of the given situation.

One can always decide to find a buyer or a seller on his own, but still there are many steps to fulfill. For someone who is not seasoned in buying or selling real estates it could be pretty difficult to organise the best strategy, to find the best party that matches the offer. There are plenty of expected, but also unexpected steps. PUBEC s.r.o. has been going with me through the process for several months. I believe Mr. Kantner and his colleague Mrs. Sagnerová did their best. They were able to communicate without issue on different platforms. They let me know about any detail that could hinder the deal, and proposed the best trajectory that led to the successful contract. Because their headquartes is in the central area of Pilsen, their brokers were easily reachable and flexible enough to meet.
