I would like to express my great gratitude to Mr. Miloš Knedlhans for his excellent work and professional approach. Thanks to him, my boyfriend and I rented our first shared apartment, and with much better conditions than we had originally expected. The apartment was originally offered unfurnished, but Mr. Knedlhans managed to negotiate with the owner to buy us the necessary things for the apartment - we got a table, a bed, a carpet, a lamp and a lot of equipment for the kitchen and bathroom. This was a huge relief for us. In addition, he helped us with the energy transfer (electricity and gas), which made the whole process much easier. He was very helpful when handing over the apartment - he even helped us get the gas boiler running, which was not part of his duties, but it was clear that he really cares about his clients being satisfied. In addition, he also helped us with other documents, for example, with arranging insurance for the apartment. Mr. Knedlhans is willing to go the extra mile to make the entire moving process as easy as possible for his clients. His approach was not only professional, but also extremely human, which is definitely not a given these days. If you are looking for a reliable, helpful and experienced real estate agent, Miloš Knedlhans is the right choice! I highly recommend him!! ;)

One can always decide to find a buyer or a seller on his own, but still there are many steps to fulfill. For someone who is not seasoned in buying or selling real estates it could be pretty difficult to organise the best strategy, to find the best party that matches the offer. There are plenty of expected, but also unexpected steps. PUBEC s.r.o. has been going with me through the process for several months. I believe Mr. Kantner and his colleague Mrs. Sagnerová did their best. They were able to communicate without issue on different platforms. They let me know about any detail that could hinder the deal, and proposed the best trajectory that led to the successful contract. Because their headquartes is in the central area of Pilsen, their brokers were easily reachable and flexible enough to meet.
