The sale went without any problems, everything was secured by them, the contracts were well-processed, the funds were released through escrow the next day. Not only expertise and experience, but also a kind and pleasant approach, which is no longer a given in this field today.
I can definitely recommend the real estate agency. Ms. Schläferová is very proactive, helpful and reliable and has always been there for us in every way. Although the time to sell the property was not ideal, we still sold the property in the end on good terms. The subsequent processing was quick and without any problems.
