Before going there it is better to know, you should take pictures of everything, all the details, before and after receiving the estate. Because she tries her best to not give your bail back and you can do nothing. She does it rudely and impolitely, not with an official language.
The accommodation arrangement was quick and hassle-free. Communication was always quick and everything was easy to agree on. I recommend it.
We have been working with the director Monika Černíková for years, we are happy to be her regular clients. Every verbal agreement with her is valid, documents are quickly processed for tenants, great cooperation. We highly recommend.
Horrible.....everything works until the moment when Mrs. Černíková gets to the commission. What follows is obfuscation, lies and lack of communication. P. Černíková promised to sort out the electricity and gas bill for me (the owner) and the tenant. Her colleague told me to cancel all standing orders and nothing happened....they stopped answering the phones, they didn't answer emails. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first such experience, when another apartment was handed over, she didn't even show up for the handover to her husband because "she thought he would arrange it himself"....really disgusting behavior, I warn against this real estate agency.
