The Taurum real estate agency pleasantly surprised us with its high professionalism, excellent communication and reliability. We had not had a very good previous experience, so working with the owner, Mr. Štěpanek, and his team was a very positive change for us! The entire Taurum reality team is always available and willing to help with anything. I was very pleased that after buying the apartment, they even sent us name tags for the closet and door of the apartment :-) if we need them in the future, we will definitely use the services of Taurum reality!

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to make an exception here. We had been looking for an apartment for almost three quarters of a year and after our experiences with other real estate agencies, we were really desperate - there were always some tricks or pressure to sign the reservation right away. Here, it was completely different from the beginning. The negotiations were completely straightforward. The broker didn't pressure us, on the contrary, during the inspection he himself pointed out a few things about the reconstruction that we wouldn't have noticed ourselves. But they supported us the most when the bank delayed our mortgage approval at the last minute. No panic, they came up with an immediate solution, they communicated everything with the owner themselves and kept the deadlines for us. All the paperwork, contracts, attorney's custody and finally even the energy transfer went without us having to run around anywhere complicated. Great, human approach and professionals on site. Thank you very much!

He was very helpful, accommodating and always patiently answered all our questions. Pana Jiřího Seidla jednoznačně doporučuji. Od počátku prodeje bytu jsem byla s panem Seidlem nadmíru spokojena. Od první prohlídky až do předání bytu byl vždy velmi ochotný, časově flexibilní, všechno potřebné vyřídil a rychle reagoval na každý dotaz. Jako hlavní bych vyzdvihla osobní přístup – požadavkům obou stran vycházel vstříc nad rámec běžného makléře. Celým procesem prodeje nemovitosti nás provedl s obrovským přehledem a trpělivostí. Jan and Hana did an outstanding, professional job in our renting of a family home outside of Prague. They explained the process very thoroughly, and all paper-work and conditions required were skillfully and quickly resolved. They took their time showing us the property and explained everything very well. The photographs and descriptions of the property were very accurate and helpful.
