I responded to an ad listed by this agency on srealitky.cz An agent named Patrik Repisky called me the next day to arrange a viewing. After we spoke on the phone, we arranged a viewing appointment for 2 days later. He said he would give me the exact address after the phone call. When he texted me, the address was for a completely different apartment in a different part of town--for a higher price. I immediately emailed him to inform him of the error. He did not reply. He also did not answer my phone calls. Completely unprofessional.

Mr. Repijský was very helpfull and everything went smoothly and quickly. I have no bad things to tell. I did not need to do a thing really, just check and sign contract.

Say good bye to your deposit, you won't see it back. Also, they signed a contract with a fake signature, so we had problems at the ministry of foreing affairs when making a Visa. Would not recommend.

This reality is the most profesional I know in Plzen so far. They carefully connect you with the landlord and all the services abd they are such a polite people.

I enjoy working with Vas Domovnik quite a lot. The service is a good value for the money. The key important factor is the professionality and the behavior of the Veronika who was assigned to the flat I wanted to rent. The rent calculation and seeking for a tenant was a nice experience when guided and mostly handled by Vas Domovnik and I also value quite highly the fact that everything apart from the actual signing of the contract with the tenant didn't require anything from me. I definitely recommend if you want to rent a space in Plzen.
