I can only recommend the company Autodoprava a stěhování Rychlý. They moved me on a long route from Pilsen to Brno and the whole event went smoothly, quickly and without any complications. A big plus was the fair price and a very human, yet professional approach. If you want to move without stress, choose this company. Thanks for the great service!

We can only recommend the Rychlí moving service. A perfect bunch of guys who easily managed even really heavy antique furniture. They mastered the difficult stairs and the delicate handling of mirrors with absolute brilliance. Not only did they do a great job, they also managed to make us laugh and everything was much less stressful. We really appreciate the professionalism, human approach, good mood and fair price, which definitely corresponds to their commitment and hard work. Thank you very much guys 🤩

We chose the moving company based on positive reviews on the internet. We inquired about the move well in advance, approximately three months in advance, so that there was enough time to arrange and plan everything. A few days before the move, the owner of the company called and asked if it would be possible to inspect the apartment and the furniture that would be moved in advance. We agreed to this and during this visit we also agreed on the moving procedure with regard to the space in the house and the time organization. Unfortunately, this agreed procedure was not adhered to at all during the move itself. Right from the start, the agreed arrival time was not adhered to either. The move itself then seemed very chaotic and without clear coordination between the workers. For a certain time, the furniture was spread out all over the central hallway of the apartment building, which made it difficult for other residents to pass through. This is well illustrated by the situation with one of the wardrobes, which was supposed to be dismantled according to the agreement. Due to lack of coordination and apparent lack of information from the company owner himself, the cabinet was moved across the apartment building as a whole, even though it was obvious that it could not be moved into the second apartment in this condition. The cabinet was unnecessarily moved back and forth, instead of being distributed according to the original agreement. Overall, it gave the impression that information within the company was not being passed on between employees and that the main goal was to get the job done as quickly as possible. During the handling, the furniture was also damaged - specifically the base and legs of the cabinet. In addition, the dismantling and subsequent assembly of the cabinets seemed very non-standard. The cabinet doors were dismantled in a special way and different screws were used when reassembling them than the original ones. These screws were also smaller than the original ones, so the doors probably would not hold for long. I had to point this out to the workers. In addition, the back panels of some cabinets were not properly attached back and we had to subsequently adjust them ourselves. Another unpleasant surprise was the actual loading of the furniture into the car. The space in the car was dirty and wet in places, yet the furniture was placed in it without much protection. After the move, we also discovered that practically every piece of furniture had a scratch, dent or minor damage that was not there before the move. The overall organization of the work was very poor and without our active help, the move would probably have taken significantly longer. I would expect the moving company to handle the job efficiently without the need for major assistance from the customer. Communication with the owner of the company on site was also rather unpleasant, with the feeling that "he knows everything best", which did not contribute to solving the problems that arose. The method of payment is also worth mentioning. Although we asked in advance by e-mail about the possibility of paying by invoice, we did not receive an answer to this question and payment in cash was requested on site. So, if the client expects a professional approach, does not want to be actively involved in the actual moving and subsequent furniture assembly, and loves their furniture so much that they do not want to deal with its damage or buy new ones right away after the move, I unfortunately cannot recommend this company and would recommend finding another moving company and avoiding this company.

We were very satisfied with the moving service. The gentlemen were very nice and helpful. They were very quick when loading and unloading and at the same time careful not to damage anything. They carefully anchored all the furniture and boxes in the car so that there was no damage during transport. Overall, a great experience for a great price.
