I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Stehujemezavas. The move was quick, professional and completely stress-free. The guys were punctual, very pleasant and friendly – ​​a pleasure to work with. They earned my utmost respect when they moved a piano from the fourth floor without hesitation. They packed it beautifully, took care of every detail and made sure it arrived in perfect condition. They treated the rest of the things with the same care. What really pleased me was their fairness and reliability – everything went exactly as agreed, without any hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. Moreover, even during the physically demanding work, they were always smiling and in a good mood, which made the whole day easier. It is clear that they enjoy their work and that they care about the customer’s satisfaction. For me, this is proof that professionalism and humanity can go hand in hand. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, fair and humane moving company.

We do not recommend! Thanks to them, we lost some of our belongings (cabinet bodies, garden seating, dining chairs, armchair, microwave, clothes and other things - total damage over 77,000 CZK). It's been a month since they moved us, they are just dragging out the complaint - they convincingly assured us that for the remaining things that did not fit in their car, that they would definitely come for them the next day, we assured them several times! Several times! They said they would definitely come, they seemed trustworthy, I also tell them to add the removal of the remaining things, for which they promised to come the next day, so that it would be fully paid and that they would, and we were again assured several times that we did not have to worry about it anymore. It turned out that no one came for the things, and the invoice they promised to send by e-mail did not arrive, so we wrote to them the next day to ask if they had come for the things and someone wrote back that they did not know about it at all and that if I wanted them to send guys for the things on Monday (he wrote on Friday), I replied that the things were still there and that if it was possible, they should come for them that Friday or over the weekend and no one wrote back, I thought that he would send someone for the things, but even on Monday when he wrote that he would send them for the things, no one took the things away.. the real estate agency wrote to us that if the things were not taken away, they would take them to the landfill, because the movers wrote to us that they would send guys for the things on Monday, we assured them that the movers would definitely come for the things on Monday... they did not come and we would lose the things... if the movers said that they would not take the things away, then we'll call another company.. they promised twice and they never came to get them!!!! We've been worrying about it for a month now and it's costing us more money... on Friday the company's executive contacted us, saying he wanted to resolve it with us, if we could meet in person, we wrote him back, telling him not to get angry, that we don't want to deal with them in person anymore, only in writing and for them to give us excuses, etc. and we kept repeating that it was like this... we loved the things we lost thanks to them, x things can't even be bought anymore... This is rude and unscrupulous behavior from them
