Complete satisfaction, everything went according to agreement. The installation date was exactly as agreed. The owner is a very nice guy. The installation team is absolutely perfect, no problem - if only I, the boss, would buy them a lift for the panels. Pulling 21 panels up a ladder to the roof, I would have fallen to the ground by the tenth one. Everything was also fine with the electricians, instead of two days they managed it in one day, working until 11:00 p.m. When I had everything ready, only then did I receive an invoice for the full amount, no advance payments in advance. The company also took care of the subsidy and everything related to ČEZ. I think this company will continue to operate for a long time and I am not afraid of bankruptcy, like with other companies, where you then lose all warranty. I look forward to every sunny day. We are very satisfied with the company. There is always room for improvement, but here it is about the approach, which is helpful and humane from SolarTep. We can only admire the guys on the roof, gentlemen. Before installation, track the year-round movement of shadows at the location of the future installation. Even a tree that is 100 meters away can properly reduce the string's performance, especially in spring and autumn. When ordering the installation, describe all this properly, so you don't complicate the work of the Spiders (the team installing the roof structure). Completing the work is then a breeze for them and you don't slow them down unnecessarily. Own experience.
We can only recommend, negotiations at a high level, everything that was agreed upon in the end was. Installation without any problems, these days speed and professionalism are not often seen and are a priority for this company. For me, everything is great.
