The company Vts-therm.- implemented the order for the installation of air conditioning 2+1 properly and on time. What we agreed on was valid, or we fine-tuned it by phone. The company itself suggested the use of specific air conditioning units and the most suitable place for their installation, taking into account the location of the rooms and the outdoor unit. Before signing the contract, the executive arrived at the site in person to assess the plan. Communication was pleasant, timely, without delay. Construction work was gentle and after its completion, the construction area was returned to its original condition. Negotiations were serious and responsible. The company also provides follow-up service. It remains to arrange an extended warranty on original Daikin parts and everything is resolved. I would like to thank the company very much. Especially Mr. Pyšný and also Mrs. Kozáková for the positive and professional approach in communication and the entire solution to my air conditioning. A slow start, but everything was completed to our satisfaction.
VTS - Therm did not have an easy starting position in our home, because we already had one (different and incompetent) photovoltaic company here. However, we received a recommendation for VTS - Therm from a colleague, so we decided to give this smaller company from Pilsen a chance. We did the right thing! The installation was a joy to watch. They were really careful not to damage anything, not to make a hole anywhere unnecessarily, and they cleaned up after themselves. When the inspection technician arrived, everything was fine. Everything is running (we can see it in the application) and now we are just waiting for the connection from ČEZ. When it works out, I will update this here (possibly in a year with savings). After a long time, the first craftsmen who have succeeded in something in our house (and there were really a lot of traps in our old house in the form of a tiny technical room, a cellar that is 3/4 m high, inappropriately placed gas pipes...).
