I complained about a broken battery. The complaint and replacement took over two months!! Of course, they responded to the invoice the same day 😁 I am the second owner and I know that the first one had two or three complaints, which scares me. The only advantage was the nice and human electrician who replaced the battery and will explain or set everything up for you upon request, but we still think that the duration of the complaint is unacceptable.
Installation of PV without the slightest problems, everything was fast and good communication.
