Poptával jsem bezpečnostní vchodové dveře do bytu, po telefonické domluvě proběhlo zaměření a výběr dveří hned druhý den. Za cca 4 týdny proběhla bezproblémová montáž nově vyrobených dveří do původních zárubní, žádné bourání, po montáži absolutní čisto. Montáž trvala zhruba 2 hodiny. Cena dveří domluvena předem a 100procetně dodržena. Staré dveře za mě za pár korun zlikvidovali. Mohu jen doporučit.

Alcatraz did a great job replacing my doors. It was a non-standard and demanding solution while preserving the original design elements. Nevertheless, they managed everything with maximum professionalism and precision. The result exceeded expectations - perfect and stylish doors. Absolute satisfaction, I can only recommend!

Professional work, complete satisfaction, wonderful approach. We needed 4 security doors for our house. Visited the branch in February, everything explained in detail, ordered. In April, precise assembly was carried out in 2 days, which was carried out personally by Mr. Kovanda and his 2 colleagues with humor. Everything works as it should, excellent work.

Mr. Kovanda from ALCATRAZ Plzeň s.r.o. was the only one of many suppliers of door security systems approached who was able to meet our request. This was an atypical order to install a multi-point self-locking lock in a double-leaf old historical wooden gate, where each wing weighs at least 200 kg. The careful execution of the work did not damage the decorative elements on the gate and we hope that the security system will meet our expectations, that is, that it will no longer be easily overcome. Negotiations with Mr. Kovanda were quick and fair. We only had to wait for the delivery of the specific security system. Otherwise, the construction of the work itself was quick. With all my trust, I handed over the keys to the house to Mr. Kovanda so that he could have access to the networks and at least minimal facilities at any time during the construction of the work. The handover of the work and the demonstration of its functionality went smoothly. Subsequently, a brief manual for using this new security system was also sent to us electronically. We are happy to recommend it to other interested parties.
