Repair of a 20 year old dishwasher. I specified the type, described the defect and agreed on a date and maximum amount for the repair. The gentleman brought everything he needed and after a while of measuring and searching for the cause, he finally repaired the control unit (yes, he really repaired it, not replaced it) so for me 👍👍👍

No hidden fees, such as "for the trip", "for tools", "for spare parts", "for the repair taking longer than agreed", etc. I don't like it when people act like that. So far, probably the best service I've ever seen in my life. Yesterday (Sunday evening) I wrote, today at 10:30 am the washing machine is repaired (motor) and also improved with a new pump, which was just about to die. I highly recommend Mr. Alex! Moreover, the gentleman also accepted payment by bank transfer. and holds a 24-month warranty.
