The main thing is that the dishwasher wasn't working and now it's working. The fact that the gentleman was very nice and helpful was a nice bonus 👍
On Sunday I asked about dishwasher repair (using the online form), the gentleman answered me curtly on Wednesday morning, saying that I should call him back. I wanted to tell him that I had already arranged for someone else (which seems like politeness to me), but I didn't call. Then he called me back and it was a very unpleasant call. I can't imagine that I would want to invite someone like that to my home - even after a short conversation.
