I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. Their communication is practically non-existent. No one kept me informed, I had to wait for answers and I had to actively find out all the information myself. In my opinion, such an approach is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. It is unacceptable that the customer has to verify the information themselves and constantly urge the company that is supposed to provide the service. I expect reliability, clear communication and responsibility from repairers - I have not experienced any of that here. Instead of solving the problem, I just felt like I was bothering them. In the end, I found another repairer who was willing, communicated immediately and repaired the dishwasher without any problems. I definitely do not recommend it.

On Friday I ordered a repair for my LG 2-in-1 washer and dryer. The technician immediately arranged a repairman for Monday morning. Mr. Marian Chubatko arrived. He turned on the washing machine and immediately found a fault in the sensor. A professional, fast, careful, nice repairman. The fault was fixed within 1/2 hour. He waited a while for me to put the laundry in the washing machine, and waited a while to see if the washing machine would wash well. My washing machine had draining issues and I spoke to them on Monday they came on Tuesday morning. It needed a pump replacement and they had the parts available and replaced it. Super fast service super professional. I highly recommend.
