Service was good
I ordered a service to replace the drum fins on my AEG washing machine, and I procured new original spare parts myself. The technician was helpful and I appreciate everything he did during the visit, apart from replacing the fins. Unfortunately, after about five normal wash cycles, the drum fins came loose again, so the result of the repair for which the service was ordered turned out to be unsuccessful. Because I needed to get the washing machine back to working order as soon as possible, I contacted an authorized AEG service. They chose a different procedure for the repair, which, according to the authorized technician, is the correct way to attach the drum fins. This procedure was different from the previous repair. I was disappointed with the initial resolution of the complaint. However, I appreciate that the company management, after further investigation, reassessed the situation, apologized, admitted the possibility of a mistake on their part and offered to refund most of the repair cost. I consider this approach fair. Although the repair itself was not successful, the company eventually addressed the situation, acknowledged the possibility of a mistake, and offered a fair solution. Overall, I rate the service 4/5.
My drain filter was clogged and I couldn't handle it myself, so I contacted ProfiServis. Honestly – I couldn't have made a better decision. The technician was on site within an hour, got to work without delay and resolved the whole situation with complete clarity. He even managed the difficult manipulation of removing the dryer from the washing machine, and he did it all by himself. In addition, he cleaned everything in detail, even though the problem had already been resolved long ago. His approach was completely professional, fair and at the same time human. Exactly the type of service where you know that next time you won't even look anywhere else. Thank you once again for saving my life, you are absolutely amazing. 🙏🏻
