The renovation of a smaller bathroom was carried out in accordance with the concluded contract. The quality, friendliness and approach were professional. A great bunch of skilled guys can only be recommended.

I rate the company very positively. In our case, it was a bathroom renovation where everything was wrong - a slope into the shower, a poorly positioned bathtub, faucets, etc. Mr. Kopt and his workers rose to the challenge very professionally and got the bathroom in order in the shortest possible time. Communication was very good, I always knew when someone would arrive. Of course, there were last-minute changes somewhere, but also due to the need for unexpected drying of waterlogged walls, the company responded flexibly. In the case of minor "cosmetic" defects, they came and repaired them. It was definitely clear that they are well versed in the procedures (not like the company that built the bathroom 7 years ago). Given our experience with other companies (which were able to mess everything up, and then had to pay for the damage with hundreds of thousands more), I am really glad that we came across someone we can trust.

We asked for a complete bathroom renovation and we are very satisfied with the result. Mr. Kopt responded to the request quickly, so we agreed on the implementation in a relatively short time. The company also arranged for the ordering of the sanitary equipment and tiles we selected. Basically, we handed over the keys and returned only when it was finished according to our ideas.

We ordered a company to partially reconstruct the bathroom. At first everything turned out fine, but in the process, shortcomings appeared that have not yet been eliminated and Mr. Kopt completely stopped communicating. The result of this company's work is a crooked wall, on which the shower glass now does not fit, because due to the unevenness of the wall it protrudes (see photo) - the wall was completely straight before the repair - the glass fit perfectly. Mr. Kopt offered to manufacture new custom-made glass as a solution, which will fit so that the wall does not have to be redone. We agreed with this solution, but several months have passed and the glass is still nowhere to be found (the delivery time was supposed to be about a month). We also have a crooked sink, terribly made and everywhere untidy silicone (see photo). As a bonus, they dumped a toolbox on our laminate floor, so they made a hole, which can happen and we would not have solved it if other things were in order. On December 12th, I took a vacation because Mr. Kopt promised to install the glass and repair the silicones and of course he didn't arrive. He didn't respond to either the message or the phone call. I would also like to emphasize that we treated the gentlemen very hospitablely and I even helped carry the tiles down the stairs myself, because one of the gentlemen was partially unwell. So to sum it up. The company started working with us at the beginning of August, and it was supposed to be finished within 14 days at most. Thanks to the work of this company, we have an unfinished bathroom, some of which is worse than before the repairs began. For this reason and because of the incorrect and rude behavior, we cannot recommend the company.
