I've truly had nothing but the best experiences with this company, Czech Doors! Ms. Michaela Dziubova speaks excellent German and was extremely keen to fulfill my wishes! All the other employees were also very competent and friendly! And most importantly: The doors I ordered are handmade and of the highest quality! We're always delighted with them! They close perfectly and barely let in any noise! I'm currently considering ordering another sliding door.
High quality Czech wooden doors, great showroom with a large selection of wood samples, handles and accessories. Professional approach and smooth process. Highly recommended.
Very high-quality doors and excellent customer service, also available in German. We installed the doors ourselves, and everything fit perfectly! The hinges were missing from one of the doors in the initial delivery, but these were promptly sent. I highly recommend the service and the quality. Anyone still buying solid wood doors in Germany for three times the price is missing out. I am very satisfied and would order the doors here again anytime. Thank you!
Maximum satisfaction with ordering, installation and subsequent service. Ordered 7 oak doors in oil, all very high quality processed and installed, which is not easy to see these days. Very good prices for solid wood doors compared to what you get for the same money and MDF / honeycomb doors from other manufacturers. I can only highly recommend CzechDoor.
Maybe a nice door, but the service is appalling. It started over the phone, when the salesperson was unable to give us the address (that we have to find it on the map), let alone that the address is wrong and the entrance is actually on a different street. In the store, the salesperson ran out, spoke in bad English, didn't have a mask (he later put on a respirator with an exhalation valve, which protects him, but not us), didn't let us look around in peace, didn't ask what we were looking for, started to blow our heads off, and at one point he was touching us. The highlight was that he didn't even want to give us a catalog, that he said we had to defend it and that they had a website for 200,000, so we had no claim. He also told us several times that all their doors were made of solid wood, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, on the website they have some doors made of MDF (fiberboard). At first we took it as a peculiarity, but in the end we had to leave dissatisfied before his outbursts, and he didn't mind either. We can't judge the quality of the doors, because he didn't let us look at them in peace. Shocking, although surreal in a way. Maybe the competition put him there? But it's probably some kind of personality disorder, which happens, but maybe such a person shouldn't be in the store? In any case, we're probably not destined to have this brand of doors at home, we tried to get their catalog last year, but they didn't send it to us even after several requests.
