I have a very positive experience with this store, the friendly and helpful salesperson quickly processed my request. The quality of Porta doors is also great, I can recommend it.
In general, experience with the quality of doors from Porta Doors (not showroom/Atex): Avoid their arched doors! For about 3/4 years, we have been constantly dealing with complaints about delivered doors (not exactly cheap) - poor-quality CPL, visible "scratches" after trying to smooth out/smooth out surface defects, cracks on the bends in the CPL, ... Recognition of the complaint is resisted like hell. Finally, replacement of the defective door - the new one again has defects on the surface + additionally, poorly milled holes for the fittings -> does not fit with the fittings in the frame -> you have to push with force to close/lock it. Never again Porta Doors!!!
After approx. three years I noticed that the edge of the entrance door is curling and peeling off. See photo of the curled sticker that exactly copies the door veneer. Claim not accepted. I would not choose a door from Porta doors again. - quality - long delivery time - longitudinal stripes on the decor - rapid wear

If you can, avoid them completely. Overpriced prices (up to several times - an example for everyone: surcharge for CPL decor instead of the usual 700 CZK for a door here for an "acceptable" 250% of the door price), almost zero communication and when you point out the suspicious prices and strange behavior of Mr. Frank (the local seller), lots of excuses and talk around.
