Mr. Kokeš is incredibly helpful. He arrives quickly and doesn't have those crazy craftsman manners, which is always great. But he has become famous in our country because when we describe the problem on the phone, he usually reveals the cause and, if we ask, describes how to fix it👍🍀 This is an expert with a customer-oriented approach par excellence!

Today around 8 pm: absolutely warm, willing and professional approach on the phone. The gentleman directed us, patiently explained everything without having to come and helped us solve our problem. Such an approach is not seen today! Thank you very much.

The gentlemen arrived very quickly from the first contact and within a short time were able to solve everything I needed - to fix all the lighting in the apartment, check the circuit breakers and the distribution box and also attach other equipment to the apartment beyond the agreed work. For me, a great experience, thank you very much and I can only recommend it.
