I chose this flooring company on the recommendation of Jana Szonowská and I must say that it was a great choice. Together with the interior designer, we selected floors that fit perfectly into the entire interior, and the result is truly great. I especially appreciate the approach – the helpful staff who gave advice and everything went smoothly. It is clear that they know what they are doing and can do it down to the last detail. I definitely do not regret that I followed the recommendation of the interior designer, on the contrary – I will gladly recommend them to others.

Vybrali jsme si lepený vinyl v barvě dub hedvábný. Firma xy, která to pokládala to celé zvrtala, jiná to předělávala. Nicméně stále jsou tam fleky, i když je to pod tím rovné. Někde je zřejmě malinko špatně zbroušeno a hned to hází stíny. To bych asi pochopila. Když na to nejde denní světlo, tak je to ok. Ale za dne to hezké není ani trochu. Vypadá to hůř jak levné lino, odolné vůči běžnému to také není a lišty které se dodatečně dodělávaly na některých místech mají úplně jiný odstín než původní. To jsme řešili po telefonu s panem Kovářem. Milý a vstřícný byl, ale bylo by fajn kdybyste si to kontrolovali když vám to přijde z výroby. Nemáme kapacitu a finance to teď opravovat, ale lepený vinyl bude muset pryč a dát něco jiného. Bohužel nemáme možnost být jinde a už se dělají vestavby, tak o to komplikovanější to bude.

Hello. I am the construction company Sevax s r o. They bought the floor in the Podlahy Šesták store at ul. Průmyslová 1472/11 Dub Sonoma. After a year of use, the paint peeled off the floor. After the complaint, I received a response: after a personal inspection of the installation site, I must state a negative opinion on the complaint from the manufacturer with the following justification below: poor handling of the floor mechanical damage improper maintenance, i.e. not using cleaning products that are intended for wooden floors with an oil finish. using water, even hot water, to clean the floor, which is contrary to the care of the product In any case, if the oil finish gets wet and you walk on it, the top coat is easily damaged. The only way to fix it is to sand the entire floor and repaint with something like Rubio Monocote White Oil or WOCA White Oil if the customer wants to achieve the white oil look. Spot repairs cannot be done unless they are done board by board. I believe that the customer will reconsider his attitude to the matter, because he received a trendy natural product with a unique reactive color which of course requires proper care and use of products that are intended for wooden floors with an oil finish. Regards Jozef Konarik You can see in the photo that one board is like new but the other one peeled off, there is no mechanical damage. That means - only one board was poorly treated, which is nonsense. I regret buying this floor terribly. Result - you can buy it but you can't complain. Happy holidays to all. Regards Viktor

After installing the floor even on perfectly flat anhydrite (anhydrite was chosen precisely because of its flatness), after pouring the leveling screed, bulges appeared, in other places where the original tiles were, which overflowed with the leveling, they were in even worse condition, the response to the complaint was - OK, we will add more, we will level them, but expect the floor height to rise. I can recommend buying the material here, but I would avoid installing from them at all costs. Response to the owner's comment: You do not perform, but you mediate - for the end customer, the only difference is that a different company invoices, otherwise complete communication takes place with the employees of Podlahy Šesták s.r.o.
