The e-shop is definitely user friendly and there's so much to see and buy. The carpet I ordered came very well packed and it was much more beautiful than in the photos in the e-shop. I am very satisfied and will shop there again.

Thanks to usable website (useful filter, nice pictures, videos with explanations) and samples, we were able to easily decide what carpet would suit us best. Delivery was also without problems. I also appreciate tone of voice on the website and in automatic communication with client, make me feel this eshop has a specific character. Thanks.

Excellent e-shop, really good customers service & updates and communication. Since I had the carpet custom-made I had to wait for it a little but was informed each step of the way. Super happy with the carpet, delivered as described and in excellent quality - and for a very good price too. It is made in the Czech Republic and I was pleased to support a local manufacturer. The manufacturer posted a video about the carpet which was really useful when making the choice (especially seeing the carpet in a day light).

I have ordered my rug online and I am very satisfied. beautiful pattern & colors - just as in the picture, soft though not that fluffy. easy to clean. the description of the product fits to its real appearance. I was also very happy with the customer service, very kind and helpful approach. I can only recommend :)
