We were recommended a contractor in Prague who spoke Russian and were professional with good reviews. GS Group was a perfect fit. They handled everything from the design project to the furniture installation. They took all our requests into account. We are very satisfied.
We only ordered the design project and fittings. We were very pleased that we didn't have to go to stores and search for everything separately. The designers demonstrated a professional approach: they took care of selecting all the materials, plumbing fixtures, and even curtains. This saved us a huge amount of time.
"We spent a long time searching for a contractor in Prague who spoke Russian and understood our requirements. GS Group are professionals. They handled everything from the design project to the furniture installation. Minimal headaches for us."
A huge thank you to Stanislav and the entire GS Group team! We did a complete renovation of a new building. We were really worried about the deadline, but they finished on time. The quality of the tiling and paintwork was impeccable. Highly recommended!
Hello! I'd like to share my positive experience working with an excellent company. We worked with them to create our beloved apartment from the design project through construction and finishing work, to furniture and decor installation. Director and chief designer Stanislav, a highly qualified professional with a specialized education, is very responsive to clients and their needs, rather than imposing his own vision. We found common ground without any difficulty (this was partly easier since I come from a construction background, albeit in Russia). We outlined our vision for the apartment space in sufficient detail, and ultimately received a design project that completely satisfied us in terms of design solutions, as well as the quality of the 3D project (it matches the best options with detailed renderings, which greatly helps us accurately define the space and design solutions). I'd like to specifically mention their pricing. GS Group was the third company we met with when selecting a designer. We were very pleasantly surprised by the combination of their professional approach and their pricing. The first designer was a complete amateur, which was clear when discussing the project, and when we saw his 3D work, everything became clear—except that his rates were twice as high as GS's. The second designers were professionals, but their rates were very high. After meeting with Stanislav, we stopped searching. The next step was implementing our project. Even when selecting a contractor, which included GS Group, we liked their approach to dividing the work: they have a rough-in crew (construction of the structure, pouring floors, etc.), highly skilled tilers, painting and wallpapering professionals, and a team of electricians (who work according to Czech standards, which are very different from Russian ones). I'd like to especially thank the senior foreman, Yuri, a professional who handles unusual problems very well. His brother, Ivan, is an excellent tiler. Also, Pavel, a rare master of wallpapering, is also capable of delicate, meticulous work. Volodya is a good electrical specialist, knowledgeable about all the Czech regulations, though they're a bit outlandish for me. Thanks to Stanislav, his collaboration with Italian factories was just what we needed. He also introduced me to some talented people who make custom furniture (special thanks to Natalia and Alexander). But, as with any job, there were some minor oversights! My wishes. I'd like Stanislav to pay more attention to the client's details (requests) and write them down. Sometimes it turns out that we have to go back and review revisions multiple times, which is time-consuming, and not all clients will appreciate that. Builders, please work out complex structures in more detail so you don't have to figure out difficult issues later. I was forced to leave for Russia, and during that time, the work process slowed significantly (unfortunately, this happens often, and it's not good). I'd like to pay more attention to the drawings; although there weren't any critical errors, there were some minor flaws. They pay close attention to materials; we encountered a similar issue, but they resolved it. In any case, I want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone for their cooperation. A great job was done. I think I'll do business with them again. Sincerely, Dmitry, Valentina, and Artem. P.S. I'd like to point out right away that I'm neither an employee nor a friend, but simply a client who found this company on Google, and I'm very happy about it.
