I needed a complete renovation of a small apartment in a panel house, Mr. Fedorychko presented me with a realistic plan, which he followed and carried out the renovation exactly as he promised, right down to the final cleaning. I really appreciate that he was able to provide the entire renovation from A to Z, including useful tips on choosing equipment and materials, when it was clear that he had years of experience. He always solved unexpected obstacles immediately and we were in regular contact the whole time, so I was always up to date on what was currently happening. Last but not least, the order he was able to maintain in the common areas of the house during the renovation was a bonus. I highly recommend it!
We hired Ivan to do the reconstruction for our apartment. He gave us a good accurate estimate in the beginning, and was able to do all the work from plumbing, electric and general construction. When he finished, he left the apartment nice and clean. During the construction, he worked with us when we changed our minds on specific items, and was extremely helpful and communicative. Thanks!

Mr. Fedorychko is a top expert with golden hands. There are generally few skilled craftsmen, and even fewer like Mr. Fedorychko. He did the work reliably, exactly as planned. The agreement was great, it really shows that the gentleman understands exactly what he is doing. He can also give advice and explain the pros and cons in a way that is understandable for us laymen. I would dare to say that there is nothing he cannot do. I definitely recommend him and if we are going to redo something in the apartment in the future, the choice is clear ☺️
