I actually loved form factory fitness here in Prague, honestly such a massive gym with so much equipment, super friendly staff, multi levels, plenty of drinks and snack options. 349czk for a day pass. Oh but what I really loved was that you can like walk in and work out in the same shoes you rock up in, unlike xl fitness, extreme gym and iron republic belgrade serbia, cheers 💪
Such nice place! And the staff are Amazing. I went there to get inbody and they were so helpful. Girl named Lucka helped me with the machines and all. If I ever get rid of my MultiSport card I’ll get a membership thanks to staff like this really changes the whole gym atmosphere. :)
Richard Rampas, who trains people at the Wenceslas FF, is the best trainer I have worked with in any language. Not only is his English excellent, he excels at determining what a client is aiming for an optimizing the kinds of exercises that will get them there. He is patient, thoughtful, and a good listener. He also exhibits profound understanding of human physiology, clearly explaining what kinds of exercise have specific results and have to optimize time on machines and free weights in order to efficiently work out. I highly recommend him. My only regret is that I was in Prague for only five months. The location itself is excellent, almost every machine you need, free weights, and spacious room for aerobic machines and classes.
Found a real gem of a gym in Prague - Form Factory. I just needed a day pass as I’m just staying for 1 day in Prague. Clean, reasonably priced €15, great service, and exactly what I needed on a freezing Friday morning. Big thanks to Saci for the warm welcome. If you’re ever in Prague and need a proper workout, this is it. 🇨🇿💪 They had a Sauna and lots of equipment and not to far from the old town square.
I arrived in Prague for a few days of tourism and needed a gym for just one day. I searched on Google for a fitness center and decided to visit this one. The receptionist, Adam, was very helpful and assisted me with registering for a one-day pass and paying the fee. The gym is excellent and well-equipped you’ll find all the machines you need for weightlifting, powerlifting, cardio, and fitness. The cleanliness is outstanding, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable, I highly recommend this Gym.
