Great place for training. Just kettlebells and barbells, nothing more. Instructors actually working with people instead of giving useless "advice". Affordable prices. Close to the metro. The only downside is that it's pretty small.
Cutting edge! Follows the latest research and methods to give you the best results. Very different to those gyms that are all about posing and showing off- and leave you sore and injured. These classes will leave you STRONG and feeling good.
I attend the lectures twice a week (instructors Roman and Vaclav) for cca 3 months in a row. I can say that my strength has improved a lot and I feel much healthier than before (had issues with my back and neck). Both instructors are very competent and fun and always willing to help. I can certainly recommend.
The best training you can get. I have attended two workshops, the OS Reset and the Kettelbell Simple & Sinister. Both were really great experience.
Great team of trainers, very professional attitude. Not an ordinary gym though, far from it. You will not get buff here, but you will get very strong and flexible... You will also probably get rid of a sore back or stiff neck as they are great with these little things that bother us all...All and all 5/5!
