Extremely disappointed with the cleaning service. After they were done, the apartment was left in worse condition than before…streaks everywhere, surfaces that clearly hadn’t been properly wiped, and most shockingly, they managed to stain my new white walls!! The result was so poor that I had to re-clean everything myself after them. What’s the point of paying for a professional service if you end up doing the job twice?! To make it worse, when I reached out to request compensation for the damage to my walls and to return 3500 czk, they completely ignored me. Zero accountability, zero customer care…!! Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, you’re honestly better off cleaning yourself. I will not be using this service again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere

Everything was perfect! The cleaning lady arrived on time, and did an amazing job. Never used cleaning services before, and it was very pleasant experience 🙂

I dont even know what to say. I have never in my entire life paid for a service like that. Is this a clean house ? Furniture (couch, desks) were not even moved a single cm to be cleaned, even though it doesn't even need power to move then the way they are placed. Under the table well, you can see the photos, behind the bed, well you can see the photos, window which from what i have been informed was charged extra??? (wth 🤣) You can see the photos. I really dont know what to say. Once again, i have never been scammed like this in my entire life. Never again.

The service was incredible. They arrived right on time and were very friendly. Even though there was a language barrier, they were incredibly proactive—using a translator and checking in with me several times to ensure everything was perfect. The apartment is spotless and very tidy. I truly appreciated their dedication and highly recommend them! :)
