Everything went without any problems – the gentleman delivered the steam cleaner exactly at the agreed time and thanks to the quick and helpful arrangement, he even accommodated me with an urgent loan. He also brought a vacuum cleaner to make the cleaning as effective as possible. When handing it over, he willingly explained everything, showed it and even gave advice. I rented a professional wet/dry vacuum cleaner to clean my sofa and carpets, and I was very pleased with both the service and the results. First, the punctuality: Anton delivered and picked up the vacuum exactly at the agreed-upon time, spot on. This is rare, and I really appreciate it. Communication was polite and pleasant throughout, and the instructions were detailed, so understanding the machine wasn't a problem. Now, about the most important part. I started with the sofa, and even then the sight was... impressive. Seeing the color of the water coming out of what seemed like an ordinary sofa is sobering. Then the carpets. For reference: I have a Dyson pet version at home—a far from weak household vacuum—and I thought my carpets were clean. Well, the professional machine pulled out so much dirt, dust, and lint that its filter clogged. The difference from a home vacuum cleaner is fundamental; even the most powerful household appliance can't compare. I definitely recommend it—both for those who really want to clean their carpets and upholstered furniture, and for those who just want to see how much dirtier things really are than they seem.
