They scratched the table (rubbed a soft table with a hard sponge and left scratches). And in general, the cleaning was terrible. After that, they still charged money for it. Instead of cleaning, they created problems that lasted for weeks. They promised they could polish the scratched table, but then stopped responding. Either they didn’t answer, or they said they were looking for a specialist, or they kept postponing. Every time it was calls and messages — not fun to waste time on this. After this so-called “cleaning,” we had to clean again ourselves — vacuuming the apartment and wiping the dust after them. Two weeks later they finally found a specialist for us to try to fix the scratches on the table. He didn’t remove them completely, but the main issue was that after polishing (after the specialist left), the bathroom was left dirty too. Okay, we stayed silent about that as well. All in all, I hope this helps someone. That’s how it went for me. I stayed quiet until they actually wrote to me saying I still owed them money for their “work”! Paying for work like this is just unbelievable.
Had to move a lot of furniture and tech stuff between 3kk apartments. it was: + on short notice + on Sunday + fast (2 rides in 4 hours) + careful (including a somewhat slow ride) + affordable (I even paid extra ~10%) Guys were also nice and friendly. To be honest transporting a bunch of stuff is always kinda stressful to me but I had a great experience this time. 10/10 would recommend
We used moving service and were very happy with it! + The workers arrived on time, were friendly, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed everything in just 45 minutes. + Communication with the managers was easy, and we could book on short notice. - We were initially worried about extra charges, but in the end, we stayed within budget with no surprises.
I used them to clean up my couch which had stains I could not remove myself. The couch was 4 years old and quite bright colored so it looked already worn out. The company managed to clean it within less then 2 hours, leaving it without a stain and looking completely fresh and new. I will be using them in future as well. Great job!
