The worst customer service. I called to book a cleaning, and I was told that the date was available but they needed to confirm it and would call me back shortly. Then—4 hours of complete silence! I called again, and was told, “A colleague will call you back,” and again—nothing. I was forced to book with another company because waiting more than 4 hours for a response is completely unacceptable to me.
