I found the service on recommendation of my friend, and to say that I was disappointed is to say nothing. I ordered a general cleaning with the simplest task - to clean an empty apartment before moving in. As a result: they washed the floors, surfaces and cleaned the bathrooms. That's all. The inside of the cabinets were not wiped, as well as the doors, radiators. When I asked why they did not wipe the inside of the refrigerator, at first they said that they only wipe with water, since it is a new device, and when I showed that the freezer doors were not even unsealed, they asked me "why wipe a new refrigerator from the inside?". Then, of course, all these were cleaned by them, but no one even apologized, and on the contrary, they behaved as if I was so picky and guilty that I walked around with a flashlight on my phone and checked the cleanliness inside the cabinets 😅 There were few ways out of this for them to try to still leave a good impression, but they chose not to, and as a result they lost few clients and many more potential ones.
