Studio odvedlo v našem případě skvělou práci. Schůze s panem Waltrem nad návrhem naši vysněné kuchyně byly velmi příjemné a zároveň konstruktivní (za tři schůzky bylo hotovo, včetně všech detailů).<br>Montáž pod vedením pan Dimitrova byla taktéž na jedničku. Není to tak, že na místo přijedou technici a na sílu dle dokumentace linku sestaví, ale proaktivně přistupuji ke všem detailům a řeší je jak s vámi, tak i s designerem.<br>Jediné co bych vytknul bylo pozdní dodání dvou spotřebičů, které nám bylo oznámeno až v průběhu montáže.

Skvělá zkušenost, přístup byl profesionální a oceňuji trpělivost a<br>vstřícnost studia. Přestože jsem montáž několikrát odkládala z důvodu posunu stavby, nikdy nebyl problém a komunikace probíhala bezproblémově. Montáž také proběhla velmi rychle a kvalitně, měla jsem jen jednu reklamaci z důvodu poškození dveří u lednice, ale reklamace byla hned vyřízena.

Ve studiu jsem se cítila velmi příjemně a vítána. Oceňuji velkou trpělivost a vstřícnost při výběru materiálů a následného návrhu kuchyně. Překvapil mě velký výběr vzorků přímo ve studiu. Montáž proběhla naprosto dokonale. Vše co bylo dohodnuto bylo splněno. Mohu opravdu jen doporučit. Velmi citlivý a profesionální přístup.

You can expect easy communication in both Czech and English and a fast reaction to e-mails, even during the turbulent COVID pandemic. Years of experience are visible. You will always get some advice on how to choose a multitude of items, such as countertops, sinks, taps, faucets, fixtures, and appliances. It will take time to plan your perfect kitchen but I promise the patient designer will be there for you to go through all your crazy ideas.<br><br>Kitchen Story works with a lot of kitchen appliance makers so you will get a special discount on products from companies like Miele, AEG, Siemens, Electrolux, Bosh and many more. You will also have a great choice of natural stone offered by KV Stone. I personally went to the warehouse in Čestlice to choose a stone for my working surface. Again, a designer was there to help me. It was very useful because it is quite difficult for me to choose from a book of small stone examples.<br><br>When it comes to a big day of installation you will have the best team of people you can rely on. The floor in my apartment was carefully covered with protecting cardboard. Dusty jobs were done outside the apartment. Everything was vacuum-cleaned at the end of the day. The installation might take longer than planned but do not be afraid. It is because the team is paying attention to every small detail. I had problems with water pipes and walls insulation as well as gas pipes – all of which was fixed without discussion. Electricity and installation of kitchen appliances are done by the same group of people, which is ideal.<br><br>I am very satisfied with the outcome and happy that I got to know an amazing and hardworking people from Kitchen Story. Výborné menšie kuchynské štúdio. V štúdiu je k dispozícii široká škála ukážok kvaltnych materiálov, osobný prístup, a poradia zariadiť aj kuchynské spotrebiče. Dodavateĺmi vybavenia sú väčšinou renomované značky, ale z vlastnej skúsenosti viem, že projekt dokážu prispôsobiť aj výberu zákazníka.<br>Naviac dokažú praviť projekt kuchyne špeciálne pre drevostavby.<br>Showroom je priestranný a vkusne zariadený.<br>S parkovaním v okolí je to trochu náročnejšie, ale miesto v okolí sa dá nájsť. Pokiaľ hľadáte dodávateľa novej kuchyne, tak sa oplati zaradiť do zoznamu štúdií.
