If you want to pay 100+ crowns for a tiny violet flower, or get someone than looks absolutely nothing like what you ordered, you can come here. Otherwise, even Kaufland has better flowers for half the price. Never again.
I ordered 2 plants from this shop. One, a succulent, came in extremely soaked soil and died in 3 days. Issuing a complaint was possible, however, instead of giving me my money back, I got a voucher. Second plant was somewhat alive, but was also overwatered and some leafs started slowly dying. However, it looks like it is going to survive. But! But instead of the ordered plant variant I got completely different variant that doesn't look anything like the one I wanted. I would somewhat survive those inconveniences but what completely killed it for me was the cashier in the shop who was so rude, impolite and unhelpful! When I came in the shop, he did not even greet me and after like 3 minutes he told me I basically have 15 minutes to pick some plants (it was nowhere near the closing time and I went there just to spend the voucher I got in return). When I politely asked him if he can help me out by recommending some kind of vine plants, all I got as an answer were 3 - 4 names. He didn't even bother to show them to me and I really did not know them myself. Honestly? This is one of the most beautiful plant shops I have ever seen. But after this experience I am not sure if I am willing to buy even a damned soil from them.
I have purchased five plants online, for the apartment, and I am very satisfied! The order came on time, updates about the status of the delivery were sent often. Plants are healthy and absolutely gorgeous, made my day! Thank you 💚
Satisfied with everything. The plant I was picking up personally. It was according to the instructions in the email and instructions on the door. According to the current situation, everything was super. I'm in love with ficus. Everything was as I have expected. Thank you!
