Stay away from them, they are the fraud. They are not real locksmiths. I don't even understand how could they did this to us. Yesterday, a friend forgot her home key when she was outside, and she didn't have her landlord's phone number. So obviously, I was looking for a locksmith to open her home door. I found them through Google Search, and I read their website/services. They said that they have years-experience and can open any kind of locks (opening locks, cars, safes, slammed doors, locked doors etc.). Then I messaged them in WhatsApp, we agreed on the price, and he came in 30 minutes. When he checked her door, he took out his paperboard and slipped it through the door and tried to open it. Then he gave up immediately, and he said to us "It's not working, I cannot open it". I asked him if he can try with other tools (lock picking etc.). And he said "No, I cannot open it because it's locked". And we said "No, my door is not locked because I don't have a key. I only slammed the door. Also, my door doesn't have a key inside". He became very aggressive and he said "I'm sorry, but I cannot help. You should call your landlord". I mean we would call her landlord if we have a phone number, I wouldn't need to call a locksmith!!! He didn't even want to bother to open the door with other tools! He only tried with his paperboard! Even worst, he asked us to pay him 600Kč and I seriously don't understand why we should when he didn't do his job!!! Basically, they are the fraud: Giving the false services, false information and false advertisement. They are pretending to be locksmiths, just to gather money around in Prague. Stay away from them and save your time/money. Luckily, we went through all of her neighbors for a help, and got a phone number. Called the landlord at late night. Next morning, he came and opened the door for her. Replying: And I told him (just as I wrote the review) that the door wasn't locked. It was unlocked, she only slammed the door. How is she able to lock the door when she doesn't have a key? Please explain that to me. If you or your colleagues seriously don't know how to open the slammed/locked door, I highly recommend you to update your website and remove this service. Please stop being the fraud and stop giving us false services. Thank you
