Dont bother, they say they offer non stop emergency service. When we called they said they dont do it anymore despite it being advertised on their website. They so said nobody is going to help us at this time of the day. (20:00)
They say they are emergency but they said they will not help me because they are busy when I had water leaking throuh my ceiling
Don't bother to call them. They are rude and don't have the capacity anyway to help you.
I had a problem at my apartment. I sent these people an email, in Czech language, with photos, they never answered. I don't know how this people manage to stay in business. They made me waste my time. Avoid them.
Quit rude approach.
